THE NXT PATHWAY EXPLAINED

Recreational to Elite. What every stage looks like, how players move up, and why a real ladder beats a crowded waiting list.

The single biggest reason kids quit soccer is not because they don't love the game. It's because they hit a ceiling and no one tells them how to break through it. The pathway disappears.

NXT SC was built around a clear, visible ladder. Every player knows where they are, what is next, and what it takes to get there.

Stage 1: Recreational. This is where most kids start. Fundamentals, fun, small-sided play. Open to all skill levels at all three NXT SC locations. The goal here is simple: fall in love with the game.

Stage 2: Competitive / Premier. Travel-level training, league play, weekly evaluations. This is the first real test, and the first place where placement is earned, not given. Players who put in the work move up.

Stage 3: Senior Teams. Men's and Women's senior squads. The highest level of NXT SC adult play. A path that does not end at high school.

Stage 4: Elite (Coming Soon). MLS Next and Girls Academy programs. Designed for players who want more than just a local team. On the roadmap, not running this season, but coming as the club's competitive depth grows.

Every stage exists at every NXT SC location. Players do not have to switch clubs to climb. That is the point.

A real ladder is not just a marketing diagram. It is the difference between a club that develops players and a club that babysits them.
