OPEN ROLES
Travel Head Coach
Lead a competitive travel team through training and game days. Build a season plan, develop players, and represent NXT SC on the sideline. A higher coaching license is preferred for head coaches.
Assistant Coach
Support a head coach across training and matches. A strong entry point into our travel program for coaches building toward their own team.
Goalkeeper Coach
Run position-specific goalkeeper training across age groups. Help keepers develop handling, footwork, distribution, and decision-making.
Camp & ADP Staff
Coach at our seasonal camps and in the Academy Development Program. Flexible, session-based work that's a great fit alongside other coaching.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
USSF Grassroots License (minimum)
A USSF Grassroots coaching license is the baseline for every role. A higher license is preferred for travel head coaches.
Background Check
All coaches must pass a background check before working with our players.
SafeSport Certification
Current U.S. Center for SafeSport certification is required.
Concussion Certification
Current concussion-awareness certification is required.
Pay
Competitive — paid per team/session.
